We will only be allowing patients in to the surgery that
-Have a pre-booked appointment AND have satisfied us that they do not have symptoms (if you have a booked appointment you will be contacted prior by a member of our team either via text message or telephone, we please ask that you respond promptly)
Upon arrival to your appointment please report straight to receptionist who will check we have all of the information we need prior to telling the clinician you have arrived
OR
– Have telephoned us first and we are aware you will be attending the surgery for a specific reason, you will be asked the same screening questions regarding symptoms.
