If you need help speaking or understanding English during your appointment, or if you require information in an alternative format (such as large print, easy read, or audio), we can arrange this for you. These services are free for all patients. Please let our reception team know as soon as possible, ideally when booking your appointment, so we can make the necessary arrangements in your preferred language or format.
