We are receiving a large number of telephone calls from patients requesting their medications to be issued immediately and at short notice. This is placing additional pressure on the Doctors and with the current workload the practice is finding it difficult to manage. This is also placing additional pressures on our Pharmacy colleagues. Please may we gently remind you to order your medication in plenty of time to ensure that you do not run out of your medication.
Repeat prescriptions can be requested:
- online via Patient Access
- Via the NHS App
- via the post or through the letterbox at the Surgery
- by telephoning the prescription line on 01963 359354 between the hours of 11am and 4pm
The online Patient Access service allows you to request your repeat medication at any time of the day or night, as does the NHS app – this available to download via your app store. If you would like further information or details on how to sign up for these services please contact us via askmyGP or by telephone.
You can drop your repeat prescription requests directly through the secure letterbox both in and out of working hours which is located on the wall outside of the surgery.
The Prescription Line is open between the hours of 11.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, for patient repeat prescription orders. The telephone number for the Prescription Line is 01963 359354.
The practice will process your prescription promptly. Please be aware the surgery is closed at weekends and therefore no processing takes place on Saturday or Sunday for any repeat request, including online requests.
