We are advising that all patients order their repeat prescriptions online which is our preferred method (if you do not have online access please telephone us and we will set this up for you) If you do not have access to the internet you can telephone our prescriptions line 01963 359354 which is open between 11am – 4pm Monday – Friday.
If you absolutely cannot use the above methods please put your repeat prescription slip in the post box on the wall outside of the surgery. Please do not come in to the surgery.
Please note that we will not issue more medication than usual, this is to ensure that we do not create a stockpiling or supply problem. We will also not issue repeat prescriptions earlier than normal. Please order your repeat prescription 1 week prior to running out of medication, this is to allow the pharmacies time to deal with the increased workload being experienced.
