Saying goodbye to Jasmine, our Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Jasmine will be leaving the practice on the 24th May to focus on a new role in frailty. We are very grateful to Jasmine for all her hard work and contributions to the practice.
We wish her the best of luck in her new role!
