Health Coach Information

Millbrook Surgery has 2 Health Coaches working to support our patients and help them to get the most out of the health and care services in the local area.

There are many NHS and voluntary organisations in the area which can help to provide valuable services to help local people to remain healthy and independent, however because they all work independently it can be difficult to access them – the Millbrook Surgery  Health Coaches can help with this, as well as many other things.
