Do you enjoy the outdoors and would benefit from time in a calm and supportive environment whilst carrying out meaningful activities?
Volunteering with Open Mental Health – they offer a wide variety of activities each day and volunteers can choose to be part of a group activity or in pairs. The work can be active such as scything or hedgelaying, or more sedate such as sowing wildflower seeds or weeding the polytunnel. They have a number of volunteers who have expanded their own interests such as photography, or wildlife recording and now make this their weekly activity with Open Mental Health.
