If you use patient access you will be able to look up your recent test results online anytime through this system – you can also request your repeat prescriptions this way. If you haven’t already signed up please contact the surgery by submitting an administration request via AskmyGP. If you do not have access to the internet please telephone us on 01963 350210.
To ensure confidentiality we will only release test results to the patient concerned. Alternative arrangements can be made, but must first be agreed in writing.
If you would like your next of kin or carer to receive your test results, then please contact the surgery.
