Prescription Clerk

With Nicola working remotely as our prescriptions clerk, she is available on the pharmacy line from 11am-3pm. She is the first point of contact for any medication and prescription queries.

Please note that at times when the prescription line is busy, the calls will come through to the reception team. Nicola is available on askmyGP during the day, so patients are able to put requests through if she is unavailable via the telephone.
