Please could we remind anyone needing travel vaccinations to contact the surgery well in advance of your travel date. Travel vaccinations will not become active immediately and need to be given at least 2 weeks prior to travel.
As this is such a busy time of year with lots of patients planning to travel abroad, please visit the surgery to collect and fill out travel forms at least 6 weeks prior to your travel date.
